Attention to details is in our DNA. There are two ways to gauge product quality: scientifically and aesthetically: how an item looks & feels to touch, both methods are vital. No electronic technology can replace the rigorous hands-on quality management required for multiple product lines for multiple world standards. We care and value for each product that comes out of our production line.

It is a way of life at Kasem. All workers are trained to look at the details of a product besides all Quality gates and protocols. We believe in and work towards our goal of Zero Quality Defects.
Fully Equipped Lab
Kasem performs all the mechanical tests in house for EN 14350, EN 1400,EN71-1, EN12586, ISO 8409 and IS 14625. We have all the equipment’s to validate our production.
Usage of Premium Raw Material
Kasem uses all premium raw material from reputed global companies. We use Silicon from Wacker Chemie AG, Polyprpylene from Basell. We make sure that materials have full compliance to standards of European Union, FDA, China, India, Australia and Japan. We provide SDS reports and RAPIDS for all raw materials. Our products have Food and oral contact. We take this very seriously and ensure the choicest of the raw material and processes to protect contamination.
